The time that we need to prepare an order for shipping varies on the size of the order. General processing time is up to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with order details. (See below for lost packages)

All orders must be paid in full via the website or cashapp before any delivery is made. There is an option for Local Drop Off available at checkout.

All sales are final. we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a store credit with proof of damaged item(s).

As of right now, “strawbaby” is our best selling lipgloss with “chocolate covered strawberries” as a runner up! Both scents are delicious as well as all of our products.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! When you purchase a gift card, you will need to have an email address for the recipient. Gift cards are digitally generated and sent via email. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

I didn't receive my package even though it says delivered?

We try our best to ensure safe arrival of all orders. Unfortunately, delivery errors can happen. Each package is insured with the standard $50 offered insurance by usps, therefore it is best to contact your local post office for details regarding a lost package. all shipped orders will receive a tracking number.
